Do I need to pay for shipping the merchandise that I purchase from you?
No, delivery of artworks by our ordinary shipping alternative is free from charge, when purchasing books will additional costs for delivery be charged.
Do I need to register myself in order to make a purchase?
Yes, setting up an account is necessary if you want to order from our web shop. Visiting and purchasing at the physical gallery space in Stockholm needs no account.
Can I view the physical artwork before my purchase?
You can always visit the physical gallery in Stockholm if you want to take a look in person. Book your visit in advance to make sure that your choices of artworks are in place.
Art museums and professional art institutions within the Nordic countries is given the opportunity to borrow a limited selection of works before buying, free of charge.
How are the artworks authenticated?
All artworks are signed, and for editions numbered as well, by the artists. Every work is for sale at the firsthand market, the artists are parts of the business. The artists are all fully represented by Galleri Fagerstedt.
How many prints are available, what is the number for the editions?
Each edition of printed artwork is a limited amount of works. We normally represents very small and exclusive editions, approximately 5 – 10 pieces each, check out the individual product for exact details.
Can my purchase occur to be out of stock?
Yes, your choice of artwork could occur to be out of stock for the moment or for the reason that a limited edition is sold out for all. If so, we will inform you as soon as possible. You always have the right to cancel your purchase if long-term order delays occur.

In what currency is the order placed?
All prices are set in SEK (swedish krona).

Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard) and PayPal accounts for all markets.
If you prefer a personal invoice as payment method you need to be accepted by us as an invoice customer, mostly used by professional art institutions. Use the contact link to ask about invoices.
Is tax included in my purchase?
Yes, All the prices in the web shop are inclusive of VAT. Companies and institutions will be presented prices without VAT if they register their VAT number in their account. For companies and institutions with VAT inside the EU, outside Sweden, we will not charge VAT at all if a proper VAT number is registered.
The prices in the web shop do not include other fees such as additional delivery charges or payment fees. They are additional. When buying from different countries you may have to pay custom taxes according to local regulations.
How can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order until it has been confirmed by us. Please inform us immediately is you wish to cancel an order.
Can I make a return if I regret my purchase?
You have the right to return a purchase within 14 days from the date you received the goods. Upon regretting an order, you will pay for the return shipping and you are responsible for the return back. Returning freight is paid by the customer. PayPal customers, who paid the delivery through PayPal, will get free return through PayPal.
